Affiliate Terms and Conditions
Our commitment to transparency, security, and your success
As an authorized affiliate (“Affiliate”) of Rekbot.ai (“Company”), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement (“Agreement”). Please read the entire Agreement carefully before registering and promoting Rekbot.ai as an Affiliate.
Your participation in the Program is solely to legally advertise our website to receive a commission on memberships and products purchased by individuals referred to Rekbot.ai by your own website or personal referrals. By signing up for the Rekbot.ai Affiliate Program, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.
1. Definitions
“Marketing Affiliate Program” means the Rekbot.ai marketing affiliate program as described in this Agreement.
“Affiliate Lead” means a customer prospect who clicks on the Affiliate Link that we have made available to you via the Affiliate Tool.
“Affiliate Link” means the unique tracking link you place on your site or promote through other channels.
“Affiliate Policies” means the policies applicable to affiliates which we may make available to you from time to time.
“Affiliate Tool” means the high-fidelity tracking tool (e.g., Rewardful) that we make available to you upon your acceptance into the Program to participate and monitor performance.
“Agreement” means this Marketing Affiliate Program Agreement and all materials referred or linked to in here.
“Commission” means an amount described in the Affiliate Tool for each Customer Transaction, typically calculated as a percentage of net revenue.
“Customer” means the authorized actual user of Rekbot.ai who has purchased or signed up for the Rekbot.ai products after being an Affiliate Lead.
“Other Products” means all additional products and services Rekbot.ai offers except its main AI training plans, including but not limited to custom email finder plans, LinkedIn profile makeover services, or bespoke consulting.
2. Affiliate Acceptance
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Application in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Application. Acceptance is generally reserved for partners who demonstrate an understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and the value of simulation-based AI training.
3. Commission Eligibility
To be eligible for Commission, each of the following conditions must be met:
An Affiliate Lead must be accepted and valid in accordance with the ‘Commission Acceptance and Validity’ section.
A Customer Transaction must have occurred and been successfully completed.
A Customer must remain a customer during the locking period specified in the Affiliate Tool (typically 30 to 60 days).
You are not eligible to receive Commission or any other compensation from us if:
Such compensation is disallowed or limited by federal, state, or local law in the United States, UK, UAE, or your jurisdiction.
The Commission payment has been obtained by fraudulent means, misuse of the Affiliate Link, or in violation of any Affiliate Program Policies.
Self-referral: Self-referrals will not count as a qualified “referral”; therefore, any self-referrals or accounts of your own team members will not be eligible for commission. Please contact our support team for team discount structures.
Attribution Window
Affiliate Lead attribution is limited to transactions occurring within thirty (30) days of the referred Customer’s registration date (“Attribution Window”). Rekbot.ai does not backdate or apply referrals for any period during which the Affiliate was not enrolled or was inactive.
4. Commission Acceptance and Validity
You will only be eligible for a Commission payment for Customer Transactions that derived from Affiliate Leads generated by the unique Affiliate Link provided to you. An Affiliate Lead will be considered valid and accepted if:
It is a new potential customer with no prior engagement with Rekbot.ai.
The lead is compliant with the rules of the Affiliate Program.
In competitive situations between multiple affiliates, Rekbot.ai reserves the right to determine the most eligible affiliate for the Commission at its sole discretion.
5. Payments
All payments will be issued in regular payout cycles to your preferred via paypal as configured in the Affiliate Tool.
Thresholds: While we strive for no minimum payout, specific thresholds may be dictated by third-party processors (e.g., PayPal).
Refunds/Chargebacks: Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will be deducted from current or future commissions.
6. Termination
Your affiliate application and status in the Program may be suspended or terminated for reasons including, but not limited to:
Inappropriate advertisements: False claims regarding AI capabilities, misleading hyperlinks, or misrepresentation of the product ROI.
Aggressive spamming: Mass email, mass newsgroup posting, or automated social media bot distribution.
Illegal activities: Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities, adult content, or extremist views.
Disclosure violations: Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship as required by Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines or relevant regional regulations.
Inactivity: If an account shows no activity (clicks, leads, or commissions) for twelve (12) consecutive months, the Company may deactivate the account.
7. Affiliate Links and Promotional Conduct
Channel Usage: You may use graphic and text links on your website, social media, and email messages.
PPC Restrictions: Paid advertising for Rekbot.ai through any ad network (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads) is strictly prohibited. Bidding on branded keywords like “Rekbot,” “Rekbot.ai,” or “Will Bourne Rekbot” will result in immediate account closure and cancellation of all outstanding commissions.
Product Representation: Affiliates are encouraged to highlight the specific technical advantages of Rekbot.ai, such as the CV Zone for identifying AI-generated content and the AI-powered simulations for cold-calling and negotiation practice.
8. Intellectual Property and Non-Compete
8.1 IP Ownership
By signing up for the Program, the Affiliate acknowledges that all Intellectual Property associated with Rekbot.ai—including but not limited to simulation models, training content, software code, and the proprietary “CV Zone” algorithms—is the exclusive property of the Company. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use provided marketing materials solely for promotion.
8.2 Restrictive Covenants
As a fundamental condition of participation, the Affiliate agrees that they shall not, during the term of this Agreement and for a period of twenty-four (24) months thereafter, directly or indirectly create, develop, or participate in any commercial venture or platform that competes with Rekbot.ai’s simulation-based AI training model.
8.3 Enforcement
The Affiliate acknowledges that a breach of this section would cause irreparable harm for which monetary damages would be inadequate, entitling the Company to seek injunctive relief in addition to any other legal remedies.
9. Term and Modification
The term of this Agreement begins upon your acceptance in the Program and ends when your account is terminated. The terms and conditions of this Agreement may be modified by us at any time. Your continuing participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance of any change. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your Affiliate account.
10. Limitation of Liability
Rekbot.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program. We do not guarantee any specific level of income or success. The Affiliate operates as an independent contractor and assumes all risks associated with their marketing activities.
